Orvala — Services

Everything a development needs to be sold before it exists.

Four products with their own pages, and the studio work behind all of them. One supplier, one model, one timeline — which is the only reason any of it can be priced the way it is.

The four products

What a buyer actually touches.

Each of these has its own page, because each is a decision you make separately. They are built from one model, so the second one you commission costs a fraction of the first.

Unreal Engine

Real-time VR walkthroughs

Not a 360 photo you spin on the spot. A walkable build in Unreal Engine — the buyer crosses the room, opens the door, stands at the window, at true scale, in a Meta Quest.

Live 3D

Product configurator

The buyer specifies the home themselves — cladding, roof, glazing, interior, daylight — and watches it change in front of them. The enquiry arrives with the specification already attached.

Web

The development website itself

Most developers who commission the 3D also need the site around it. We build both, so the brochure, the renders and the apartment finder are one piece of work rather than three suppliers.

What we build →

Studio services

The work underneath, available on its own.

All of this happens inside a platform project anyway. If you only need one piece of it — a set of renders, a flythrough, a brand for a new scheme — you can buy that piece and nothing else.

Modelling

3D modelling

From drawings, from survey, or from a model that needs rescuing before anything can be rendered.

  • Exteriors, interiors, and the surrounding streets and landscape, not just the building in a void.
  • Built from architectural drawings, a point cloud, or an existing model that was never made for visualisation.
  • Clean topology and real materials, so the same model carries renders, the apartment finder and the VR build without being rebuilt three times.
  • Delivered in your format — 3ds Max, Blender, FBX, glTF, USD — and yours to keep.

Imagery

Rendering and animation

The stills and film that go on the hoarding, in the brochure, and into every ad you run.

  • Photoreal exterior and interior stills at print resolution, with real light rather than a preset.
  • Aerials set in the actual surrounding city from survey data, so the view out of the window is the view there will be.
  • Animation — flythroughs, approach sequences and short loops cut for a website header or a social feed.
  • 360 interior panoramas as a separate, much cheaper tier than the real-time VR build.
  • Day, dusk and night variants of the same frame, because a launch campaign needs more than one mood.

Campaign

Marketing content

Everything the launch needs around the imagery, produced from the same 3D rather than bought in separately.

  • Image sets cut to every format a campaign eats — hoarding, press, portal listing, email header.
  • Video: flythroughs, lifestyle sequences, and vertical cuts for Instagram, TikTok and paid social.
  • Social assets as a kit — stories, carousels, covers — in the development's identity, ready to schedule.
  • Print: brochure spreads, boards, and the large-format artwork for the sales gallery.
  • Floor-plan artwork, site plans and unit keys drawn to match the rest of the material instead of fighting it.

Identity

Branding and UI/UX design

A development needs a name, a mark and a look before any of it can be sold. If yours does not have one yet, we make it.

  • Naming, logo, typography, colour and a short set of guidelines a printer and an agency can both work from.
  • UI and UX design for the sales platform, the configurator and the website, in your identity rather than ours.
  • Figma files handed over, organised and labelled, so whoever picks it up next is not reverse-engineering it.
  • Existing brand guidelines applied exactly, where a developer already has a house style to protect.

Why one supplier is cheaper, not more expensive

The building gets modelled once. That one model then carries the renders, the brochure imagery, the apartment finder, the configurator, the virtual tours and the VR build. A developer who buys those from five suppliers pays for the model five times and reconciles five versions of the truth when the architect moves a wall.

You can start anywhere

Plenty of our projects begin as a set of renders and become a sales platform six months later. Nothing is wasted when that happens, because the work was built to carry the next thing from the start.

And you can stop anywhere

Models, renders, footage and brand files are handed over in open formats and are yours. There is no version of this where leaving means starting again.

Three markets

Europe, North America and the Gulf. Right-to-left Arabic and multi-currency pricing are built in, not retrofitted.

Partner programme

Agencies and marketing studios deliver all of it under their own brand, keeping the client relationship.

What it costs

Scope decides it. The three packages show what sits in each, and a fixed quote comes back within a working day.
