What you share

The enquiry form collects your name, email address and any company or project information you choose to provide. A demo or configurator reference can be included in your message. Send only what we need to understand your project; do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure so the Orvala team can respond. Records can include the submission time, referring page, IP address and browser information. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent through Resend to the team's configured inbox.

Website chat

Chat uses your browser's session storage to preserve the conversation while you move between pages. When the AI assistant is enabled, your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. When you share contact details through chat, the conversation can be attached to the enquiry. AI responses may be inaccurate; confirm scope, pricing and delivery with the team.

Technical services

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Pages load typography from Google Fonts and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics when enabled in the hosting account. These services receive technical request information. A protected preview may use an access cookie; it is separate from your enquiry.

Storage and requests

Enquiry records currently require manual removal; the website does not automatically expire them. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion, email [email protected] from the address used for your enquiry. We may need to verify that a request relates to your own information.

Project documents

Apartment plans and availability in the demonstration are illustrative product content. Submitting a demo reference is an enquiry about Orvala's services, not a property reservation or purchase.
